- We place want ads in targeted publications, receive candidate resumes,
analyze characteristics and shortlist candidates
- We provide preliminary interview and screening of candidates with
the most qualified being further shortlisted
- We provide detailed reports of final candidates with 3-5 being
submitted for client's review and interview
- Throughout the process we will build a database of all applicants
that is provided to clients for use in future searches
- Finally, in order to protect the client's image as a fair and professional
employer, we also handle rejection letters and notification process
for all applicants. Every candidate, without regard to qualifications,
is notified of receipt of resume and final status in search.
